Encryption
- Data in transit: TLS 1.3.
- Data at rest on our servers: AES-256.
- On-device journal: protected by your device passcode/biometrics; iOS Data Protection class is "Complete".
Your controls
- Turn off AI reflection at any time in Settings → Privacy.
- Export your journal as Markdown or PDF.
- Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete (see below).
